How do I order?

When can I expect to receive my order?
Delivery day is determined by your postcode, alternatively you can choose which day to receive your box by opting to collect from our designed collection points. Delivery and collection options are available when you set your account up.

How can I keep the produce I receive fresh?
For advice, recipes and tips on getting the most out of the produce you receive you can browse our Facebook or visit our Recipes page on our website (can be found in the footer banner of our homepage).

Can I collect my veg box in person?
Yes, you can opt to collect your box from our designated collection point. Currently these are our onsite Farm Shop (Tue, Wed, Thur) and MeCylce (Tue).

Where can I find We Grow, and can I visit?
Yes, our onsite shop is open to the public Mon-Fri 9am-4pm and Sat 9.30am-1pm.

Do I have to have a weekly subscription?
You can choose what works best for you. Some of our customers receive orders weekly, bi-weekly, or as a one off or at their convenience.

I am going away, can I pause my repeat order?
Yes. Within your account there is a section titled ‘Holidays’, you can choose the weeks you are away and do not need a delivery. There is an option to choose to continue to support We Grow and Autism Initiatives Social Enterprises with a charitable donation on these weeks, at your discretion.

How do I confirm my order?
To confirm your order, simply meet the minimum spend and your basket will be processed at 11pm Sunday.

How do I return a We Grow reusable box?
It’s easy! Just leave your box out of the day of your next delivery and our driver will collect it to be reused.

I am not going to be in when you deliver, what should I do?
In your account you can leave a delivery note for our driver specifying where you would like your delivery to be left. If you are out, and have not left a note then don’t worry, our delivery team will leave your box in a shaded spot, or best suitable location.

When will I receive my order?
Currently, our delivery/collection days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday depending on the area you live. You can see your delivery date just above your basket in your account.

I am interested in making a referral for myself, or someone I know to attend We Grow on a work placement
